Crunchy Cacao Spread

aka The Healthy Nutella…!

3 heaped tbsp cacao powder, 125g soaked hazlenuts, handful medjools pitted (roughly 5), slug raw honey or organic maple syrup, 1 tsp coconut oil, 1 level tsp cinnamon, pinch pink salt, few slugs of oat or unsweetened almond milk – blender blitz or hand blend to a spreadable but slightly crunchy consistency.

Sprinkle of cacao nibs mixed through with spoon, into a jar and in the fridge, no messing… seriously moreish!
