Creche Fit = supervised on-site creche area, in sight and reach of Bootcampers!
Trim & Tone
Alternating high intensity intervals with low intensity exercises, including core work and finishing with a stretch sequence.
Fitness Level – Suitable for Beginners to Intermediate but Advanced welcome.
A mixture of bodyweight resistance, plyometric moves and cardio. Some free weights may be used for e.g. smashballs & kettlebells.
Push yourself to your own limits!
Fitness Level – Most suitable for Intermediate but Beginners/Advanced welcome.
Low impact, full body, trampoline fitness sessions with use of other activities at the end. Trim down and tone up, improve your core and balance, all whilst having fun!

Are the Bootcamps with the creche area just for Mums that need to bring their children?
No, absolutely not. You are most welcome to come by yourself! The creche facility is just a bonus!
Do I have to book ?
Yes please! It doesn’t need to be far in advance but it is helpful for us to know numbers beforehand, especially for the creche classes.
Are the Trim & Tone Bootcamps suitable for small babies only or can I bring my toddler?
Every child is different and if you are happy to bring your toddler and think you will manage a workout then that is fine with us! The same applies for bringing more than one baby/toddler. In the past, Mums have brought newborns up to pre-school age children with them.
Do we use our pram or buggy in the Trim & Tone Bootcamps?
You don’t need to but if you have recently had your baby you might like to use your pram for support with the exercises or simply just to keep baby close by.
Will there be music?
Yes there will be dance type pop music for motivation, but not absolutely blaring! Don’t worry!
Are you qualified in post natal exercise?
Yes we are qualified in pre & post natal but you MUST have the all clear from your doctor at your 6 week check or post c-section check.
I am worried the Bootcamps will be too difficult for me!
Everyone will be at totally different stages/levels so you can choose to do an easier modified option of certain exercises or go faster, jump higher, squat lower (you get the picture) if you’re on the fitter end of the scale! At any point whatsoever you can stop and take an extra breather or stop full stop!
Do you have children?
Yes we all have children, so we totally ‘get it’ !!!
I would love to make new friends, do you think that is possible?
Definitely! All of the bootcamp classes have been so fun & friendly, the ladies always get chatting to each other and many would go for a cuppa & catch up or lunch after class.

FROM 1st SEPTEMBER 2019 –
✔We will require all PAYG bookings to be paid at the time of booking (e.g pay now not pay later)
✔ Cancellations less than 12hrs before a Bootcamp OR no shows will be charged – the PAYG payment or one of your block sessions.
✔ Bootcamps will only go ahead with a MINIMUM of 6 ladies booked in (so spread the word 💓😜)
✔ Blocks of 6 sessions must be used within 3 months.
